This policy covers the information LightWorks From Within collects through this website, and how information you share in session is treated.

What the website collects

Only what you type into a form on it — typically your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. Our host also records the standard technical information every website receives, such as IP address and browser type, used only to keep the site working.

What you share in session

What you bring to a session stays between you and Mark. Session notes are kept securely and are not shared with anyone without your written permission.

The exceptions are the ordinary and legally required ones: a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or to another person, suspected abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult, or a valid court order. These will be explained to you before you begin.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers who run this website and our email, and only so they can do that job.

Email

If you contact us we will reply. We will not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join, and any email that does carry a subscription carries a working unsubscribe link.

How long information is kept

Website enquiries are kept as long as they are useful for answering you. Session records are kept for the period required for professional and insurance purposes and then securely destroyed.

Cookies

This site uses cookies necessary for it to function and may use analytics cookies to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.

Young people

Sessions with anyone under 18 require a parent or guardian to be involved and to give consent before any session takes place. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information through it.

Your choices

Email mark@lightworksfromwithin.com at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to any record-keeping we are professionally required to maintain.

If this policy changes, the updated version goes up here with a new date at the top.
